BeaconLogic E3 review
by BeaconLogic · scored against the published rubric
A leased eMini index system where the lease covers the upkeep as well as the code — the vendor re-tunes the trading environments weekly, so parameter maintenance is never the buyer's job.

Cost

4.8/30Automation

25/25Coverage

12/20Resilience
weight 15%Monitoring, automatic recovery from disconnects and platform restarts, and the support attached. Unattended systems fail operationally far more often than they fail strategically.
13.5/15Transparency
weight 10%Whether the logic is describable. A buyer who cannot say what a system does has no basis for deciding whether a losing month is variance or breakage.

Assessment
What is leased here is upkeep, not just code. Weekly re-tuning of the trading environments is the vendor's job rather than the buyer's, which is worth real money to anyone who does not want a second career in systems administration. It scores poorly on cost regardless: the highest subscription on the board, a server lease expected on top, and eMini-only sizing that puts a floor under the account you need.
Suits
Buyers who would rather pay for someone else to own the upkeep than learn to tune parameters themselves.
Limits
Highest cost here, a server lease on top, and no micro contract coverage.
